| Prior to taking on the leadership role with UniSay, Mr. Sidek
was the founder and CEO of VtoV.com, a media technology company,
based in Los Angeles. He also founded other design and creative
technology companies. Mr. Sidek has international experience
(US, UK, Mideast, Asia) in creative, media and content acquisition.

| Mr. Sidek design and creative training came from UiTM, Malaysia
and Oxford, UK. He is also a founder member of the NEF, a Next
Economy Forum that acts as the voice for Malaysian Technopreneurs,
towards venturing into future business paradigm. |

| An MBM graduate majoring in finance from the Asian Institute
of Management in Manila, Mr. Shan has over 13 years of international
banking experience with Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad, where
he also served as General Manager of its Bahrain Offshore Branch,
and CEO of BBMB International Bank (L) Ltd. and BBMB International
Trust in Labuan Offshore Financial Center, Malaysia. |
| Mr. Shan has developed an in-depth understanding and appreciation
of information technology having served as the CFO of VtoV.com,
Inc., a Los Angeles based Internet Company. |
